The F.I.R.S.T. Model
Every moment of contact is an opportunity to build or break trust. The MicroTrust Moments™ framework is structured around five repeatable principles:
Feel the Moment: Embodied presence and emotional safety before speech.
Identify: Personalized, relevant communication that invites participation.
Relate Humanely: Context-aware tone, rapport, and acknowledgment.
Situate the Process: Make the interaction meaningful and manageable.
Touchpoint: Leave a lasting memory of respect, dignity, and trust.
